How do I redeem my voucher?
Thank you for your purchase! You will be emailed a receipt for your order, and within that receipt is a link to download your voucher containing a QR code. Print your receipt or open the QR code at the business, and they will scan it with a smartphone to redeem your order.

How do I login?
Go to https://glensfalls.iloveadeal.com/sign-in, and login with your email and password. Click 'Forgot Your Password' to reset or retrieve.

When does my voucher expire?
Each business defines their voucher's expiration date. Some may not expire. Please view your product or emailed receipt to see any restrictions, expiration dates, or terms.

Can I use part of my voucher now and the rest later?
No, each voucher can be used for one visit, product or service. We do not support remaining balances on vouchers.

What can I use my voucher for exactly?
You may only use your voucher for the products or services outlined in the deal. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other products or services.

Can I purchase a voucher as a gift?
Yes! However, if you wish to keep the monetary value or total you paid a secret, you will need to print or transfer the QR to another document outside the receipt. We do not offer gift receipts when ordering.

Can I purchase more than one voucher per business?
Each business defines how many vouchers a user can purchase for an individual deal. It's possible some vouchers can only be purchased once, while others could allow multiple.
